Manfred Honetschläger | Composers

German composer, arranger and musician Manfred Honetschläger studied trombone at the Musikhochschule Frankfurt (1980-83) as well as composition and arrangement with Bill Dobbins and Raiburn Wright (Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York), Kenny Napper (Hilversum Conservatory) and Bob Brookmeyer (Cologne). From 1984 to 2019 he was a member of the hr big band and led it on a number of projects in cross-over productions. Manfred Honetschläger also worked with the Warsaw Radio Symphony Orchestra and the Babelsberg Film Orchestra, with whom he worked as a conductor, composer and arranger for music and film productions.
