Dr. Harvey Samuel Whistler, Jr. (1907-1976) war ein US-amerikanischer Geiger, Herausgeber und Komponist. Er ist vor allem für seine Veröffentlichungen von Violin- und Viola-Etüden bekannt, nämlich "Preparing for Kreutzer", "Introducing the Positions", "Developing Double Stops" und "From Violin to Viola", die ursprünglich im Rubank-Verlag veröffentlicht wurden.
