Wind music owes Pavel Stanek a number of interesting works which may rightly be considered an enrichment of pieces available for amateurs. This applies in particular to his easier compositions, such as “Fiorellina” recorded here. The simple solo part for recorder may be performed by children without any difficulty, e.g. the recorder class of a music school. This holds especially true as the accompaniment is subtly kept in the background here.
