There is hardy any easy music for trombone or tenor horn players with piano. This edition is supposed to offer young musicians new possibilites. It purposely does not inclued any famous melodies from operas, arias or polkas. The publishers wanted to present a collection of easy but valuable pieces that suit both instrumental lessons and performances. The piano accompaniment is also quite easy to play. Some of the pieces even sound great with organ accompaniement, especially the numbers 6, 7, 9, 10 and 12. Except for No. 8, you can play all the pieces also with tenor saxophone.
