Coming Home
Ballad for Soprano Saxophone
Info
" Coming home" - that's pleasant anticipation about returning to a familiar place with beloved people because that is where we are home. We have the same feeling when spending time with embosomed persons or at personally meaningful places; here we can also feel home.
"Coming Home" is a solo ballad, describing that feeling in warm colors. A soprano saxophon as solo instrument, light and delicate, is accompanied by the band in the stly of a pop ballad, subtle in the background and with volumonous tutti.
The solo part can also be played by alto saxophone or Bb clarinet.
Bb Soprano Saxophone
Eb Alto Saxophone (opt.)
Bb Clarinet (opt.)
