This well-known reggae song was a great hit for the Jamaican group Bob Marley and The Wailers in the live version of 1975. It was written by Bob Marley himself, but he had it attributed to a man called Vincent Ford, a friend of his – who could keep running his soup kitchen in Trenchtown with the royalties. No Woman, No Cry is still a classic within pop music. This arrangement for a variable four-part line-up was written by Peter Kleine Schaars, who has produced many more successful arrangements of popular hits.
